I am not pleased that the manufacturer did not take care of the damage to my sliding door on the prior service. It was a very expensive repair and was unnecessary if the door had functioned as designed. Honda advertises that they are helpful, but the door failed to function as designed and fell off its track when I tried to close it. This happened without any external cause. The product malfunctioned on its own. Regardless I am pleased with how the service department repairs my vehicle though.

Cost too much for a car I owned for a year and only put 1,000 miles on. Warrantee just ran out but I’m sure the air conditioning compressor had been leaking for some time before warrantee ran out. Fir someone who has purchased one Acura, leased two Acura’s, and purchased one Honda and had 5 cars serviced here over the years I would have hoped for something better from Metro Honda. I also could not get picked up by their shuttle since they only go one way. Didn’t used to be that way. They are very friendly but this time the service was lacking.
