Estela was amazing. However, I was not satisfied with the time it took to assist me the moment I pulled up for my 11:30am appointment. At the time, there was only one person working. It was a good 10 minutes before Estela appeared out of nowhere to assist me. It also took another 10 minutes before a shuttle had become available to take me home. If I had been given advance notice that there may be a wait for the shuttle, then I would have taken a Lyft home which wouldn’t have me waiting.

Scheduled an online appointment for regular service. Checked all the Service Minder boxes and also selected Wiper Blade Replacement. Took the car in at the scheduled time and confirmed the service and replacement of the Wiper Blades. After I got the car home I noticed the Wiper Blades had NOT been replaced. Checked the Invoice and the line item was listed with NO action taken. Called the Service Department and was told it was MY FAULT the Wiper Blades were not replaced because I needed to purchase them from the Parts Department before they could be installed. Was never told this and no one followed up regarding the service called out and not performed on the invoice. Service Manager then sent me to the Service Advisor's voicemail and an endless loop of runarounds. HORRIBLE customer service and will not be going back...

I believe my vehicle was improperly diagnosed and Service Writer jumped straight to conclusions based on an assumption due to a part installed on my vehicle. When I purchased my 3rd Honda it was based on previous service and excellent quality. But this experience today makes me think otherwise.

He also suggested that the mechanics do a hard reset on my entertainment system first before spending the money for the full diagnostic.
