I have never received such bad service, not only from the service advisor, but I also requested to speak with Mr Tony Maldonado and left my numbrr so that he can return my call, to this day I have not received a call, so I had my car towed to another dealer for repairs, I will definitely make note of it and also spread the word to my friends and neighbors regarding the poor servive I received

What's the point of scheduling an appt if I still had to sit and wait 3 hours almost 4 hours for an oil change is pathetic! Then I leave just to call back because my tire low pressure light came on to think that I have to go back to this place again for some service that should of been checked out before I got my car back now I gotta waist a day just to go with you guys for some service I already sat for. Just a waist of time!!
