Michael Tran was very friendly and helpful before and after our car was done. Even called a Lyft for me to be able to pick the car up. My only dissatisfaction was that the car was there all day for an oil change and a recall part and i was a little disappointed that it didn’t get washed. My biggest complaint was that they forgot to reset the dash so it still says maintenance is past due. Now i will need to find time to come in and have that done

Larry was fine but the whole experience was bad. First of all it’s impossible to reach anyone by phone. So I made the appointment online. The online system prompted me to make an afternoon appointment for faster service. So I did. Then when I get there it took 20 min for anyone to help me. And when they did help me the first question was are you going to leave the car with us. So I took that to mean that waiting for the car was not possible. So I called for someone to pick me up. Note I was prepared to work from there while I waited for the car. I finally got home from dropping off the car and only a short time later I was notified the car was ready. It was annoying to hear this because I could have waited for car but it felt like the service guys didn’t even look at what service was needed before telling me “are you going to leave the car”

My 2019 Odyssey had an issue with burning smell, some noise and air condition not being cold. i took it in July 8 and I was told that AC clutch neefs replacement and it will cost about $1900. I agreed to replace the clutch. I was also told that the compressor needs to be removed to be examined and if it’s bad, it needs to be replaced as well. I agreed to replace it as they were taken out and it was not safe to take it to another shop. When I picked up the car on July 14, the AC is not cold at all. I had to leave the car again. I called and asked for status today but I was told that aservice advisor will call me back. I still have not received any status so far and I am not satisfied with the experience after spending more than $3100 for the repair and I still do not get the car back yet. I’m really frustrated and demand an apology, compensation and a reason for mis diagnosis or not properly testing the repair.
