The service advisor was excellent. Honda on the other hand needs some improvement. The recall notice stated that the service should only take 15 minutes, when I came in for the service I was notified that it would take 2-2.5 hours. Honda gave some very misleading information. I think the service was completed in less than 2 hours so I’m thankful to the tech that was able to complete it sooner.

The service advisors are very friendly. My comment pertains to the recommended part replacement of a left front wheel bearing made by someone who apparently took my car on a test drive. The story changed from the prior week's service visit when I was told that the wheel was making noise. When I questioned this noise commwnt the following week upon my next service visit to get the parts installed, the story changed to the wheel is NOT making noise but that the bearing was damaged. I felt like I ultimately paid for an unecessary part and that I was lied to.
