I reminded Avalos several times when he wrote the ticket to remind the technician to reset/intialize tire pressure sensors after rotating the tires.
My daughter drove the car today and the check pressure alert came on.
I, myself, had to search everywhere and finally was able to reset the tire calibration. I am not happy.

I shouldn’t have to insist multiple times to check something. I was told that there was nothing wrong with my car three times. I had to go down and drive with the mechanic to have them experience the noise to be told my car is just a van that makes that noise. If I didn’t insist again that it didn’t, the problem wouldn’t have been found.

When I requested a ride home, Marc flat out said Honda no longer offer Uber because Honda spends so much money on Uber (I believe he said~$17k/month?) and they cannot be spending that much every month. He said he can only offer one way home when I clearly said I don’t have a ride back. So, no choice for me but to wait for service. About 10 minutes later another customer came and he offered her an Uber ride without mentioning one way only and without mentioning how much Honda spends monthly with Uber. I can clearly see different treatment with customers. I was going to get up and complain but decided not to. I did not expect Honda of Anaheim Hills treat their customers differently. This is the first time I have been treated like this with Honda. What a disappointment. We purchased several Honda and Acura cars for the last 20+ years from this location and this just left a sour taste in my mouth.
If you decide to stop Uber, bring back the service shuttle. And treat customers equally! Also, why did he have to tell me how much Honda spends on Uber? This is Honda’s operating expense and is part of the cost of doing business.
