I set an appointment for a scheduled express oil change. I got there and they told me it would be 1-1.5 hours. Why does it take that long for a scheduled express service. Seems like no appointment would've been just as long. After 1hr20mins. I asked why my car hasnt been worked on yet. Only then did they pull it in to work on. It would've been much longer if I wasn't assertive about it. This is very disappointing. Gonna find another service center in the future.
