I had an appointment at 10am. I arrived a few minutes early. There were cars already waiting for a service advisor. I asked several times, however we all waited for at least 30 minutes before any service advisor came outside to assist any of us. I checked in at 10:30 am. No explanation was given. Once Joshua came to assist me, he was fine. No call from a Honda Representative is necessary.
