I asked my advisor why is this happening to my car and my car is so new and he said he would ask the tech and never got an answer to my question. Also when picked up at my job they sent the Lyft driver to the dealership instead of my job at Kaiser twice and tried to call him so it could be corrected never could reach him and the operator fixed it and told him about when I got there and not one apology. I do not want Mark as a service advisor anymore or I will go somewhere else for my services.
