The detail work related to my car’s extra cost finishes. Ie Ceramic coating was done poorly. My car was far from clean to the level of the word “detailed”. I had my car delivered to my home, had I arrived in person to pick up my car, I would have not accepted the car. I have shared my dissatisfied opinions and photos with my salesmen. I had asked my salesman Ernesto Ramos to preview the car on my behalf. This was a fail. It’s not the first fail in my deal. I would not be a good reference for this service. It did not match the cost or the words used to sell the “extra” dealership care offered.

I also liked the fact that he communicated with me on what the mechanic found that will need replacing in the near future which allows me to plan for the next service appointment. My vehicle was ready way ahead of schedule showing me that he cares about the work and is not just making people wait on his time and plus he had a cool plant on his desk that looked awesome.
