Mariela was awesome! I didn’t have any wait time for service and the loaner vehicle was ready before I could even gather my things. The communication was fantastic via text and in person. I was impressed with Mariela’s knowledge about my vehicle and her responses regarding future cars-come on electrified GV 90!!????
