Mary is an excellent service advisor and she is wonderful to work with! She was very good about responding to me right away with the issue that I had with my car. Within two hours, I had a loaner which was upgraded from a sedan. I drive an SUV so sedans are not my first choice, but I was happy to have a loaner, regardless. Mary is an excellent listener. She is very courteous, gracious and is very great to work with. She her team at Norm Reeves make me feel very at home when I’m there. They’re very polite and professional.
