I had a major misleading service visit yesterday but I feel like it was all miscommunication nothing against Juan. But I was told something totally different. But then I got unexpectedly charged. But I was able to resolve the situation with Justin (the service director) who gave us amazing costumer service & went beyond for us to help the situation. Thank you Justin. ????

I don’t believe I’m being listened to, my vehicle is seemingly in constant need of some kind of service, I request loaner vehicle at times doesn’t seem to be available most of the time. I’m a 77 year old recently widowed female with back problems. I haven’t had this vehicle a year yet and am frustrated with all the times I’ve already had to go without it because it’s needed some sort of work. Just got it out of the shop yesterday has to go back tomorrow for something else…no I’m not happy…
