The service advisor was great, but the service maintance was the problem. The service order said oil change and tire rotation. I notice that my tires had not been rotated. I know this because my tires are marked and their were in the same position when I dropped my car off. If they were not going to rotate them it should have been listed on my service invoice. Tire rotation are a part of car maintenance and should be done.
