Much longer which was told 5-10 more minutes then at 3 hours I asked someone to Get me car because it was parked in eye sight. Once my service package is through I will be going to a different spot for my car needs.

He managed to have the service driver get me back to your facility to be able to wait until the work was completed. The service cashed also took his time to inform me of all that was done to my car. Louie was great and very helpful. He explained things very clearly in automotive terms I could understand. It was a pleasure working with him. However, I was shocked at the cost, including installation,of two lift gate struts, but that had absolutely nothing to do with Louie Ramos.
