Michael was timely with status updates on my Lyriq. I Appreciated Michael accommodating me with a Vistiq loaner vehicle that's simular to what I drive. I have previously purchased two vehicles from Paradise Cadillac and when I tried to purchase my 3rd vehicle a Lyriq, I was very disappointed your salesman and went to Dutton and bought the next day. All to say I was some what concerned when I brought my Lyric in for service. Dutton wanted to schedule my service 3 weeks later so I called Paradise and to my surprise Paradise took my car in the next day. I am pleased with Michael's competency and my service experience. Job well done!
