I have been very frustrated with my truck over the past few months, as it has been in for the motor recall and required a complete lifter overhaul. Now, this new issue is that the vehicle is not shifting into drive. I had to drive 60+ miles in the rain while holding the shifter in drive to get it to the dealership. Chris reassured me that they would fix the issue and was very informative throughout the whole repair process. I received numerous texts each day with updates on progress. Chris was great and represented the dealership well!

I would recommend that you stick to the details advertised in your mailed promotions. I received a coupon stating that I would receive a rental while my car was in service. The coupon did not mention that this only applied to bumper‑to‑bumper situations. Because of that, I was expecting a rental so I could continue my errands, but unfortunately I ended up having to wait instead.
That said, the service itself was great, and this would be my only piece of advice moving forward.
