The service was ok.
I asked if he could hook up a scan tool and share with me the Calibration ID for my vehicle but he said since it was only getting an oil change service he could not do it. As it would not be available in the service bay it was going to be in. I feel he could have easily had a technician come over and provide that code for me as it would have only took a few minutes to make the customer happy and fulfilled my request.
I also asked for a print out of my build sheet for my car and he was only able to print a few options for my car but could not print out the build sheet like I asked.
He was a nice guy.
