Jose was fine. I’m very frustrated with the oil consumption test process. I get the sense that each service advisor is passing the buck and I get a different answer each time I visit.
Is Paradise my service team who is on my side to make issues with the vehicle right and explain them thoroughly; or, is the team covering for GM? Based on my experience it has been more of the latter.
I am keenly aware of the dealership business and the importance of a superior service department. Paradise is lacking in this regard and it’s importance has not apparent as a customer.
