They couldn’t diagnose the problem with my vehicle, which I completely understand. My vehicle was at your shop for five days, on day 3 Mr. Hunt told me that he was going to arrange a rental for me and that he would call me to give me the details. Unfortunately he never called me back, I decided to be proactive and called the service dept to get a status. Mr. Hunt was off that day I spoke with another gentleman named Jeffrey and he told me that they couldn’t find a problem with my vehicle that I need to pick it up.
