Waited three weeks for a service appointment because my transmission was acting oddly. Only to find out, at my appointment, that it would be an additional three weeks. WTH? The scheduler needs a clearer understanding of the lead times for servicing. And no rentals available? And no loaner unless the transmission diagnostic is completed. In THREE more weeks. Extremely disappointed.
