Ty was very friendly & knowledgeable. He listened to my problem and offered me two choices. I was able to get service immediately, even though it was around 2pm when I called. I received everything he told me he was going to do. He was honest and thorough. I would not only recommend Paradise to family and friends, I would tell them to ask for Ty in the Service Department.

Took my truck in for its 150k maintenance. Also reported to them that my transmission hasn’t been feeling normal. Especially after already having it replaced before at 82k miles. Was told that because it’s a 10 speed transmission that it’s always busy so sometimes it feels weird and that they’ve never had to replace a transmission twice. Drove home and the next day I was out driving under normal conditions and my transmission began to over heat. Now I’m being told that it’ll be about two weeks before a transmission tech can take a look at my truck.
