Or a secondary complaint regarding Bluetooth connection of iPhones was not fixed. Very disappointed. We were told it was because it was an iPhone 13And not compatible. My phone is an iPhone 7 and it doesn’t connect properly either.

Over charged to inspect & tell me the muffler had came loose from the inside. The vehicle had been up on the rack for service already. To take a rubber mallet or something and tap on the muffler & charge me $99.00 is rediculous. I expressed this with Jeff to no resolution.

I had a bad experience with sales regarding a CT5V that the dealership had availability through AAA. Before I took delivery from another dealer with the proper relationship with AAA, I found my CT6. This dealership was close to the airport where I house my airplane. I realized that the service department is different and so I came here. Ted didn’t and doesn’t know about this. Ted treated me like I am used to being treated and beyond. Because of that treatment by Ted and everyone in service there, you have a very loyal service customer. They are top notch. I have owned 12 new vehicles and this is by far the best I have ever been treated. Thank you Ted. And thanks to the service department.
