I scheduled maintenance on my Von my vehicle as recommended by your technician when I brought my car in for an oil change. I was also sent a coupon for the recommended service. So. as per Cadillac technician recommendation, I schedule the recommended service for 05-24-2022. However, the recommended service could not be complete as an engine air filter for my car was not available. I scheduled the service more than a week ago. Now, I have to wait to see if a filter for my car arrives tomorrow then bring my car back in for another maintenance service to replace its engine air filter. I would think since my car was scheduled to be serviced more than a week ago the parts would be available. Perhaps there is a shortage of 2018 CT6 ACDelco engine air filters. Yikes!
