One day after picking it up, the car started make strange noises. It did this twice and the AC was blowing out hot air. I tried texting Trevor after hours and when tried to contact service to leave a message was informed that “service may not be able to get me in Monday as they had over 90 cars scheduled”. I had to delay a business trip and need the dealership to fix the problem they created in the car when then worked on it Friday. My satisfaction is yet to be determined in whether or not the car will be fixed on Monday and whether someone gets a hold of me before I have to call them. I did not create this problem. It shouldn’t be up to me to call service when I have let them know about this via message tonight.
