I had a problem with my 2019 LTZ that I purchased in August. I spoke to a service manager and they advised me to bring it down so your team could check out the problem. Jonathan greeted me and took my information and then turned it over to Trevor. After your maintenance team checked it out Trevor advised me that the batteries were going bad. While paradise was not obligated to fix my batteries under warranty, Trevor advised me that Paradise would pay for one along with installation and maintenance on both batteries and only charge me for one. This far and away exceeded my expectations and I truly appreciate the efforts from Trevor and Jonathan and the entire Paradise dealership. Thank you so much for an outstanding job I will be sure to tell all my friends about the service that I received from Trevor and the rest of his team.
