The service advisor that helped me was courteous so I don’t want to fault him but I waited over 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledge that I was in the pull up lane to have an oil change completed and by the time somebody came to help me it was almost a half an hour at which point they told me the wait was two hours for a simple oil change. Completely unacceptable for a Cadillac dealership in my opinion
