I was very frustrated that I had to call and see if my truck was going to be done and didn't get a call back till a few minutes before 4 and was told they were keeping my truck. Then had to ask about a loaner car. They sent me to hertz and they hadn't set anything up. The customer service could definitely improve I could say more but it would be a lot.

Jon did a good job. However had to wait 4 hours before given a courtesy car. You should return the shuttle service. Customer service was much better before Covid-19. Being a senior, my transportation options are limited. I have purchased 2 cars from Paradise & a customer for 17 years. Hopefully won’t have to go through this again. This is no reflection on Jon.
