I Had an appointment at 9:30 for an oil change. They did not finish it until 11:30. A 15 minute oil change should not take that long!!!

Thanks. Carlos advised me that they were busy and it might take 2 hours. Sure enough, at 2 hours he contacted me that the service was done. The waiting area was spotless and a fresh baked cookie hit the spot.

Maria Espinosa did an incredible job in customer satisfaction. In regards of quality assurance from the service/mechanic side of the house, I would submit that more authoritative measures can be incorporated to ensure simple mistakes are not made. I was ensured that my truck was ready to be picked up, 1st time I intended on picking up the vehicle after $5k worth of repairs, I drove off to find out that the steering was extremely stiff, - something someone driving the car could have immediately noticed - (it needed a new rack and pinion do to an electrical issue) 2nd time I was advised it was ready, I drove off and the truck pulled to the right, it needed an alignment. (Again noticeable once driven) From my perspective if I take it to the dealership where, it supposed to be the best place for it and see these deficiencies, I question the integrity of the work if these details are not addressed or missed prior advising to the customer that the vehicle is running at 100%. The reasoning in going to the Chevrolet dealership is knowing that it will get done right, that is why people pay more than going to any random mechanic shop out in town. Again, to emphasize Maria bent over backwards to make things right. Just would like to see more ownership from the quality assurance side of the house. Thank you for your time!
