Jeff is always amazing! He’s super helpful and I trust him. He makes sure I’m safe in my vehicle. I live in Big Bear and commute up and down the mountain daily. Was originally scheduled with Jon but he was off. Ted made me feel like I had to start all over with the disgnosis and 2nd guessed everything Jon had already told me about the repair, a loaner car, and the cost. It made me feel a little uncomfortable, almost as if I was walking into a bait and switch. It gave me a level of uncertainty and I never felt like that in my dealings with Jon or Tye.
