I was really impressed with professional courtesy toward myself, as well as being informed, as far as possible throughout the day, as work was completed also big informed regarding another phones that turned out that I did not know about, but was shown physically have a cooling system problem also being informed of what was covered by Warren saying, and what was not this gives customers peace of mind.
