Had appointments scheduled at 937 and 1007 for two of my vehicles to get an oil change. Was told it could take up to and hour but promised it would be completed by 1100. Didn’t get the keys until 1pm! What’s the point of an appointment if you don’t abide by appointment time.

Trevor was good but my overall experience for my first time there. I went for a brake job then had to take my car back in because there was smoke coming out the hood and rims. There was a horrendous chemical type smell inside my car as well. It was bad. They kept my car for four days and ultimately said that the smoke was due to an oil leak somewhere in the engine. The smell I believe was brake fluid. As soon as Trevor took off the brake fluid cap, I asked to smell it and that was the smell that was in my car.
Nonetheless I wanted my car back. I was not happy.
