Mr Nava was easy to deal with, he unfortunately had to listen to my being upset over a part for my steering that was supposedly ordered by Maria Espinosa back on July 29, which corrects the Cadillac XT5 from pulling to the right.
I did explain to Mr Nava I appreciated his thorough explanation of the recommended service tasks that should be performed in the future, but would wait until the part on order comes in before proceeding.
