Though my car was towed over the weekend we had our vehicle back on Monday. Service Advisor was professional,knowledgeable and respectful.Explained the part responsible for the catastrophic breakdown.

I must say I was extremely impressed with the quality of service that I receive while getting my wife’s 2017 XT5 serviced. The service people and especially Carlos went out of their way to ensure everything was taken care of. My wife and I have been in Temecula for a month visiting our daughter and her family ( we drove out here from Missouri). I will be having a conversation with my Cadillac dealer when we get home to tell them they need to step it up with their service dept! On another note, almOst had my wife talked into trading in her 2107 for that 2022-23 fawn colored AWD XT5 on the lot.
