Ted was very helpful and made me feel as if he really wanted to be. I was told how busy and behind they were due to the limited techs and initially expected to have to leave my vehicle for days/weeks but was pleasantly surprised to get a call the same day to be told my vehicle was ready. The issue I was having has not completely gone away but he did explain if after a couple hundred miles have been driven and the issue has not fully resolved, I could bring in the vehicle and they would have everything they need to correct the problem with certainty. Overall, this experience was very positive.
