I have to rely on the experts not to take advantage of consumers! Was informed it my battery yet no battery light came on nor was there ever difficulty starting the engine! I was never given a copy of the diagnostics to confirm the battery needed replacement! I've read many a=titles disclosing there are many problems with the Cadillac XT4, especially with the engine.

The car had grease marksfrom the mechanics hands on the fenders in the remote mirror. The inspection report also said my air filter dirty I don’t think you ever looked at it. It’s a brand new filter. It was only replaced two weeks ago.
