I was told my vehicle would take longer than expected because there was a recall added to my service. I needed my vehicle by 3:00. Nick said it would be tight with time but would do his best to finish by 3:00. The service tech postponed his lunch to complete my service. The car was ready by 1:40. My service (as always) was exemplary. However, when on my drive home I noticed that the outside temperature reading was off, I immediately called my service rep. Chris Stilgebouer back and let him know of what I had found. He asked if I could return the next day, but informed him that was not a possibility. He came to my home and tried to diagnose the problem that same evening. What can I say that his action alone doesn’t say better?! This kind of attention is foreign amongst common men. I am humbled by his care. Thank you!

He told me warranty does not cover factory update. If it is a factory update I shouldn’t have to pay . Also I had car in for same error as before I shouldn’t have to pay for that reason. The issue is not Peter it is corporate
