The initial inspection was great, and thorough. However, if a car was is supposed to be included with an oil change it was not offered or done. When I picked up my vehicle it had DEF down the side of it. Also, I felt like it was rushed because I brought my vehicle in at 2:30 for an appointment and I was notified that there were 2 recalls. I was asked if I wanted them to be done so I said yes. They said they would do their best but the department closes at 4pm. If they did not have the time to do it, they should have said to make another appointment, instead of rushing.
