I advised Peter the key fob on my 2017 Corvette that I bought last February had fallen off the key and I was unable to locate it . It had fallen off approximately 6-8 times in the last 11 months. Peter advised me that since it was a Certified vehicle that there might be lost fob coverage thru All State Insurance. He advised me he would check to see if I had it and would call back to advise me. He called me within a few minutes and let me know I had the coverage. He explained the process that would occur to obtain and program the new key fob and reprogram our second key fob. He made me an appointment for today, the next morning. I dropped it off and he called me later that day to advise me the car was ready. From start to finish Peter, as usual, did an excellent job in keeping me informed as to what would be done to rectify my issue. Peter has been my service advisor since purchasing the car last February and has been fantastic! As I’ve said in past comments he is an asset to Paradise Cadillac Chevrolet. He is also an excellent representative of GMC. He is pleasant, personable and knowledgeable. If he doesn’t know something he finds out. It’s unfortunate management cannot clone Peter as they would be well off if they could. I will continue to use Peter as my service adviser because I know his service will continue to be excellent. Thank you Peter.

If your representative forgets to charge for services he or she should contact the customer before the tech. has either started or completed the job. Not before the customer is on the way for pick up. Because I was pressed for time I was unable to express my disappointment in my representatives negligence and had no time to discuss the issue. If a customer is to be charged for something before the job is started or completed so that time for a decisions is there. If you need me to elaborate pls contact me by phone. It is not good business practice nor professional to put a customer on the spot like this.
