Second time bringing it in for the same issue. First time magically wasn’t covered under warranty. Bought the part and did the work myself saving $800 they quoted. This time of course it’s my fault and wires just start falling out when a tech touches them. Had to pay again for the same “diagnostic” but luckily got a discount for the 2min plug in.

I was told by Curtis that one day rental car would be covered - it is on my paperwork - & I had to make a second trip the next day and again it is on my paperwork that rental would be paid for and I was charged for one day of rental car my insurance paid 2 days and Curtis did not pay for the rental as promised and is on my paperwork for both visits - I would like the refund for this charge from hertz
