Ty was great no complaints about him or the service he provided. However, the young girl at the parts and accessories counter must have been having a bad day, she doesn’t like to greet a customer nor does she like to be helpful in providing directions through the process when it’s a customers first time picking up their car. Such an unfriendly and poor customer service experience.
