Chris, met us after hours when my car was towed in . He reassured me that paradise Chevy mechanics knew Chevy volts inside and out and they would find my problem and fix it. That was a Friday night and I didn’t have an appointment on Saturday but Chris again reassured me they would do there best to fit my car in and give me some idea what was going on with it. Sure enough during the day Chris text and kept me in the loop with what was happening. Than by 3:00 he text me with good news he said they figured out what was wrong and they had the part and they were repairing it as we spoke and best of all it was all covered by my warranty. What a relief Chris was wonderful. I appreciate his concern , attentiveness and honesty I will definitely come back to paradise Chevrolet I had a nisssn altars that I loved but when it had a recall part that needed fixed I took it to Nissan and of course they fixed the recall part but also godged me for another part that wasn’t covered when I asked for the part they replaced they couldn’t produce it, they still charged me wouldn’t give me my car until I paid fir the mysterious repairs so I’ve swore I would never use a deal ship for repairs again So I’m am happily impressed with Chris and your dealership Thank you Chris and paradise Chevrolet

I did not have an appointment and assumed I would have to wait a few hours. Chris took care of my vehicle repair with outstanding professionalism and excellent customer service!

I only drove it home last night. But everyone has said “Wow, your car looks great Mary”. I plan to go for a long drive tomorrow and see how she handles the road n freeway. It had a lovely smell when I got in and looked so clean. Everyone, John,Gia, Alma and now you Peter Mcginnity have all been so kind and helpful. Thanks for all your hard work and taking care of my car. I’ll come in one day this week n let you know how it’s going. The only thing I noticed is that the tire pressure was very low. Like 33-34. Problem was not fixed. Peter is an excellent5 star go between guy. Technicians still can’t figure out what is rattling in a new Xt5 Caddy, with less than 12,000 miles on the vehicle. Peter is trying to arrange a rent a car, Caddy preferred to try yet again to get the rattle to stop. So the less than perfect rating had nothing to do with Peter but more in the service technician area. It seems times consuming yet nothing is definitely fixed. After 3 days of looking at the same problem, what would you rate the service?

Nicolas was completely professional and he explained everything that was done to my vehicle in detail and also saved me some money by price comparison on my tires. Great job.
