Jeffrey was very personable today. He was just as concerned about our vehicle as we were. He even got down and looked underneath the car before it was checked in. He was able to get the issue diagnosed in our car returned back to us very promptly with no additional cost!! We appreciate his professionalism. He is very trustworthy and honest. We were satisfied with Jon. Completely dissatisfied with the process. We bought a Certified used vehicle from you guys and less than a month later I noticed the back window leaking. It requires so many approvals for the repair and close to 2 weeks to get done. I was out the use of my truck for the entire time.
