We have purchased many vehicles from your dealership since 1995 and I’ve always had those vehicles serviced at Paradise. We have never had such a horrible experience such as that which we experienced this last visit. No loaner cars for Cadillac owners. No shuttle service. The service manager, Doug, was rude, condescending, and literally called me a liar. It is difficult to conceive purchasing another vehicle from this dealership. Were it not for Becky, the fleet manager, we would go elsewhere.
