This has nothing to do with Ty, he’s always been awesome. However the armrest and steering column repair have issues. When the replacement airbag for the steering wheel was installed the back has a piece that fell apart and won’t snap back in. It’s now rubbing and etching into the back of the steering wheel where the freestanding wheel meets the actual column. The armrest that was replaced due to a tear has handprints all over it. The TC emblem light wouldn’t turn off until just a few moments ago after the tire rotation. I am great full GMC paid to replace those components and for Ty being an awesome coordinator but I think these issues are a reflection of the actual technicians.
