Normally have good service this time not sure what happened but my car was brought out and finished and it took over 1/2 an hour for “paperwork” to be done. I have no problem waiting for my car to be worked on but when service is finished and my car is done, yet I still didn’t leave for 38 minutes after it was already done that’s a problem for me. Also my wheel lock was not returned to me the way I left it. I have always kept in the the bag it came in and that’s how I always left it available in my cup holder for service. That bag was not returned to me like it always had been in the past. If I give you something it should be returned exactly as I left it with you.
