I had an appt at 1:00 got there at 12:50. Just needed an oil change and waited 2 hours and 40 min to get my car serviced. It sat for an hour while others behind me got serviced. I finally spoke to service manager and he personally took it back to get serviced. It should never take over 2 hours with an appt to get a bqsic oil change!
