I have been bringing my vehicle to you for maintenance regularly since the purchase of my car nearly 10 years ago, I have never had many repairs needed, how is it possible that we went from little to no repairs to $4500 worth of work to be done from one visit to the next. Normally Scott helps us and he’s been great. This time I asked for Scott and gave me a different rep, but I gave her a chance. Either you’ve been negligent over the years and she found some serious issues or she’s trying to take advantage of me…which is it?

I was frustrated that when I picked up the car and noticed the tire pressure light was on. I was surprised that this was not detected during the service. I asked the guys to take the car back and check it which they did. When I drove off, I noticed the clock was set back to 2015. Frustrating when the service isn’t completed with all items checked and attended to.

Scott was great and found the problem with my car,the brakes that came with the car I purchased from you guys was installed incorrectly????. I was offered $240 to fix the brakes on my car even though you guys sold it to me as is. I thought the car was still under the warranty, oh well lessons learned I'll just take care of it myself.
