I am satisfied with the dealership but a little unhappy with the treatment I received from mr Gonzalez. I was not aware that I had to pay for maintenance but an oil change was free. He was impatient with me. I asked Scott and he took the time to explain. I’m sure Mr. Gonzalez is a good Service Writer but we the “Customer” need some patience.

The girls at the front were completely rude and disorganized. They kept telling me to wait for a phone call for my car to be ready until I go outside to talk to the guy working on my car to find out my car has been ready for half an hour!!! The girls preferred to sit and talk to each other instead of giving me my paperwork and calling someone to bring my car. Absolutely ridiculous, they made me late for work.

My service with Hugo was great. However, I feel as if the service people took my car out and drove it around because the mileage was off by 19. I brought my car in at 80074 and got it back with the mileage reading 80093.
