The representative did not give me the necessary service that I asked for. The inconveniences that I asked regarding my truck, not a single one was answered. Which did not clear up any questions I had and still have. I did not have a good experience.

I was called to bring my car in for a recall but you didnt have the part for the recall (total waste of time), then charged me $90 for putting in windshield wiper fluid and rotated tires (which i didnt ask for!). I asked for the car to be checked out so my warranty would take care of any issues, but you charged me for an oil change without changing my oil. Very disappointed, very upset, feel completely ripped off, more issues than I want to type. Will go anywhere else before coming back to Claremont Toyota
